Megan Weaver is one of six dedicated Supplier Relations Specialists at Sandia National Laboratories, where she has been a vital member since 2020. With a passion for fostering partnerships, Megan excels in supporting small business suppliers eager to collaborate with Sandia National Labs. She plays a crucial role in identifying and engaging qualified, capable, and diverse small businesses to help advance Sandia's national security mission.

As a key member of the Supplier Relations Team, Megan leads outreach initiatives, ensures the integrity of socioeconomic data, and collaborates with the internal acquisition team to streamline processes. Her commitment to enhancing supplier relations is instrumental in promoting diversity and inclusion within the supply chain.

Megan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from the University of New Mexico and an MBA in General Business Management from Louisiana State University-Shreveport. Originally from Tennessee, she has embraced the vibrant culture of Albuquerque while building her family and contributing to the community.
