- - Reviewing the complete RFP, including SOW, specifics, and project drawings
- - Creating a proposal outline with responsible parties and internal due dates
- - Awareness of the ask: project details, the scope of work, budget, schedule, personnel requirements
- - Sending clear requests, including specific documents, to individual contributors
- - Sending follow-up and reminder emails
- - Reviewing your deliverables to ensure RFP alignment.
