Use 5 Voices to understand yourself and others better. Identify your foundational voice for self-awareness, and then apply the 5 Voices model to your team for improved others-awareness.

Event Speaker

Sam Hatchell, Jaynes Corporation

Sam Hatchell is the Director of Quality and Leadership Development at Jaynes. After spending 6 years in the Navy he started working for Jaynes soon after and has been with them for 15 years. He has a lovely wife, Lisa, that is a part time infusion nurse at UNM Cancer Center and sooooo appreciative that Sam loves to cook. He has two boys, Cole (12) and Luke (10) who listen, and actually laugh, at all his dad jokes. He oversees the Quality Dept., but for the last 8 years has been focused on Leadership Development at Jaynes. They adopted a Leadership Development company GiANT into their business, and Sam now acts as an internal leadership coach. He facilitates the 1-year leadership development programs for entry, mid and executive level leaders. He provides 1:1 coaching for employees and facilitates department and team exercises centered around communication and relationships.
