In this seminar, attendees will be introduced to the effects of subconscious brain cognitive processes on perception. We will explore why the audience’s cognitive expectations are the best blueprint for presentations. Common areas of feedback given in public speaking formats will be addressed, including how these aspects relate to overall concepts. Education will be provided through the lens of neuro-physiological models of stress, miscommunication, bias, and optimized cognitive performance. All strategies are evidence-based with foundations in neurocognitive science. The seminar will also emphasize interactive educational components to encourage hands-on application.
